Control Cabinets


Vector 7 LLP assembles the control and automation cabinets (boards) in conformity with the technical and design documentation developed and all requirements set to this type of products using equipment of the leading global producers. The Company sells both complete boards and components (frequency converters, soft starters, contactors, automatic switches, modules, boards, controllers and etc.).  Vector 7 LLP assembles the control cabinets at its production base:

Installation of control cabinets is made in accordance with the requirements of the client and provides all necessary equipment control and protection functions.

Functions of the standard control cabinet for water supply station:
  • Pumps control in response to a signal from the external sensor (pressure, flow and etc.)
  • Scheduled replacement of the first pump switched on (replacement of main and standby pump)
  • Delay from simultaneous startup prevention
  • Protection against short circuit and overloading by means of thermal relay and automatic switch
  • Dry-running protection according to a signal from the external sensor (pressure, pressure relay, float)
  • Automatic actuation of standby pump in case of the main pump failure
  • On/off delay timer
  • Switching to “manual”, “automatic” modes of pump operation, indicating operation modes.
